I agree with you on all levels from your post olli, but about how we do the what, thats a complex matter, I have some Ideas I'd like to share...

Probably I'll make a post about it soon, I want the ideas to be as organized, clear and a fun way of reading it as possible

Thanks, this was a pleasant read. It seems to me you are developing as a writer.

I do agree with you that it benefits the organization as a whole when the people in it pay attention to the experience of those in different roles.

I keep coming back to this quotation from Kierkegaard: http://www.pilpi.net/quotations/kierkegaard.php . If you are working as a usability practitioner in the usability, your message to the organization is typically that they should listen to their users more. How to make sure they take you seriously? Listen to them more.

The same applies to perhaps even more heavily to senior management. Unless management understands the unique point of view of each professional world view in the company, they will not be able to use the talent of each employee.

I guess I am trying to answer the "how" of the "what" you suggest above. How do you give great experiences to clients and developers? By listening to them and then acting accordingly. Great pedagogy is about walking by other people and being present when they discover something new, challenging them in a dialogue and learning oneself, too.

Hi Buddy
In Australia (where I'm based) 65% of businesses don't have a website. That's a huge number, and I'm sure a lot that do only have something very basic (or outdated). It will be interesting to see how this plays out over the next few years. As content strategists, we can't leave these guys behind - we have to find ways to support them too.
